Job description


The ideal candidate should have:
 

  • You and your team have to build a salon franchise Handle South India

  • Co-ordinate with and drive sales for states of India in number and values.

  • Category and totality, keep day to day tracking of the team, guide and mentor the team.

  • Conduct market visits and meetings frequently to understand the situation.

  • Claims and expenses to be monitored of the CFA / Sales team.

  • Become a profit centre head for India and increase sales revenue.

  • Appointing Salon Franchise on India

  • Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.

  • Developing new franchise by planning and organizing, Meeting with exclusive investors/seminars and bringing strong insight into the task of creating new franchisee

  • Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise.

  • Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way

  • Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.

  • Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement

  • To participate in event and exhibitions to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee.

  • Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them to register

  • Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.

  • Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes

  • Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.

  • Sign up New Franchise Partner across the country

  • Responsible for legal and draft documentation of various Franchise Agreements

  • Generating revenue from the respective regions

  • Franchise Acquisition if applicable, Channel Development & Team Management

  • Hand holding of a new created franchise for a specific period

  • Handling Sales Targets and cash flows

  • Candidate Should be comfortable for traveling for PAN INDIA

Franchisee will take care of all the operational expenses like Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption, etc. and will pay 10% of revenue to the Louis Unisex Salon  The monthly fee paid by the franchisee would be far less than the business generated by franchisee by of brand name, systems & process, support, etc.

 

Model 2*. Franchisee invests & Company(Louis Unisex Salon team) run the operations, Louis unisex salon will take care of all the operational expenses like All Expenses Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption, etc. and company will pay minimum guarantee of 24% of total franchise investment Amount per year.

  Franchisee Steps to Opening

  1. Initial Franchisee Inquiry Made by prospective partner.

  2. Prospective partner receives franchise Kit.

  3. Read all detailed franchise Kit.

  4. Complete the franchise form & Purchase the due diligence Kit@Rs. 500000/- =

  5. Prospective partner receives the due diligence kit and prepares for discovery day.

  6. Prospective partner meets the “New Business Development Manager” on the discovery day.

  7. Interview call with Director.

  8. Discovery Day – Prospective partner visits a salon and runs the business for 1 day.

  9. Prospective partner & Louis Unisex Salon Mutually decide on agreement.

  10. Franchisee Agreement is Signed & Franchisee fee payment is made.

  12. Architect is assigned & turnkey project given to architect after approval of Salon Design.

  13. 2 Key person of franchisee gets 2-3 week training at certified Salon of Louis Unisex Salon.

  14. New Staff recruitment by franchisee.

  15. 1 Week Training of new staff by Louis Unisex Salon at franchisee premises.
